Starting June 9, the new Copilot Studio experience is generally available worldwide, with rollout scheduled to be complete in the next two weeks. Built with an entirely new core based on the latest coding-harness technology, the new Copilot Studio streamlines the authoring experience and helps both agents and workflows deliver more reliable and consistent results.

Encourage your customers to enable the new experience by clicking “Try now” on the homepage, so they can start building production-ready agents.

What's in the new experience?

The new agentic orchestrator, built on a coding-based harness, drives stronger instruction adherence and task-execution. Early testing has shown improvements in connector actions, large file analysis, and data visualization.
The new agent building interface puts skills, tools, knowledge, and connected agents in a single place, which helps make it simpler to edit your agent. A full-page testing window also shows chain-of-thought reasoning to allow users to best understand how their responses are pulled together.
The new workflow designer, previously announced and visible in early release, lets makers build deterministic workflows with embedded AI actions and agent handoffs, all through a new visual workflow drag-and-drop canvas.

The two Copilot Studio experiences co-exist. All agents built in the classic experience will continue to work as usual. We encourage customers to try using the new experience to build their next production-ready agents.
